Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Brand Positioning

Position George Residence as a top-tier luxury hospitality brand.

Develop and implement scalable systems to support growth and expansion.

Ensure seamless alignment with global luxury standards.

Operational Excellence

Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk management.

Optimize workflows for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships to uphold quality standards.

Enhancing the Guest Experience

Deliver personalized, world-class hospitality tailored to high-end clientele.

Continuously refine luxury offerings and services to exceed expectations.

Monitor and act on guest feedback to ensure continuous service improvement.

Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team committed to luxury service.

Implement staff training programs to enhance service delivery and professionalism.

Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Expansion & Growth

Spearhead the launch of new properties, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

Develop strategic growth initiatives to expand the George Residence footprint.

Collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen brand visibility among elite clientele.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

8-10 years of experience in luxury hospitality management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven experience scaling hospitality operations and driving business growth.

Strong financial acumen, including managing budgets, P&L, and operational costs.

Ability to inspire, mentor, and drive high-performance teams.

Deep understanding of hospitality operations, including front office, housekeeping, and guest relations.

Passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

Ability to develop and execute long-term business strategies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Well-traveled with a keen understanding of diverse guest preferences.
