Responsibilities

  • Inspire and guide the creative team to produce exceptional, innovative, and impactful work that resonates with target audiences and stands out in the marketplace.
  • Act as the champion of creativity within the organization, advocating for bold and effective ideas that balance innovation with commercial viability.
  • Own the development and implementation of the creative strategy, ensuring it supports both brand and performance marketing goals.
  • Lead the ideation and execution of creative concepts, ensuring all content is on-brand, culturally relevant, and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Leverage data and performance metrics to inform creative decision-making, identifying areas for optimization and innovation.
  • Develop creative testing processes to experiment with new messaging, positioning hypotheses, and formats, scaling successful approaches.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide clear guidance and constructive feedback to enhance the skills and output of team members.
  • Oversee the Video Team and manage the on-site video studio, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality content production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and regional stakeholders, to ensure creative solutions meet business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align on creative goals, testing methodologies, and reporting.
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to senior stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment.
  • Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring all creative content aligns with the company’s tone, values, visual standards, and proposition.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and cultural shifts to keep the brand fresh, competitive, and relevant in diverse markets.
  • Ensure creative consistency across all touchpoints, while adapting for local nuances and audience insights.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of creative assets across key channels, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a creative performance dashboard in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading creative direction and strategy for large-scale projects across multiple markets.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful and innovative creative work across diverse channels.
  • Experience developing creative strategies informed by data and performance insights.
  • Proven ability to deliver culturally relevant creative tailored to local markets and audiences.
  • Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with a history of managing and developing high-performing creative teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and defend creative strategies effectively.
  • Experience working on both brand-building and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Familiarity with workflow management tools and processes.

Please be aware it’s fixed term contract for 6 months (possible to extend).
