About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as a Chief of Staff to our Co-Founder. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing wealth tech scale-up, working directly with a company leader and contributing to key strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and finance.

Responsibilities

  • Attend meetings with the Co-Founder, take detailed notes, and track action items.
  • Organize tasks into projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely execution.
  • Manage the Co-Founder’s priorities and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
  • Conduct deal flow screening and analyze financial models of potential VC/PE targets.
  • Support the Co-Founder with various administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential investment opportunities.
  • Create presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects, such as due diligence for potential investments or new product launches.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and workflows.

Qualifications

  • Ideally, 3+ years of experience at a Big 3 consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of software development and/or finance/VC.
  • Strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Engineering).
