Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive, personable, and highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate must be based around Festac, Mile 2, or Satellite Town and be ready to start immediately.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, answering their inquiries, managing appointments, addressing concerns, and providing overall support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information to patients and clients about our services, procedures, and policies.
- Assist with booking appointments, rescheduling, and patient follow-ups.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately in the system.
- Resolve complaints and issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure smooth patient experiences.
- Assist in promoting and educating patients about our health services.
- Manage patient feedback and ensure it is appropriately addressed.
- Process payments and insurance verification as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Reside around Festac, Mile 2, or Satellite Town (candidates outside of these locations will not be considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be smart, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
