Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our current clientele
- Attract and onboard new clients to expand our portfolio
- Lead and evaluate team activities and overall productivity
- Provide mentorship and guidance to new team members
- Record daily activities and performance metrics via our Salesforce CRM
- Focus daily on enhancing client management and developing leadership capabilities
