Job Description

InPlace Software U.S. is experiencing expansive growth and is looking to grow our existing team. We seek a Solutions Consultant with experience managing SAAS solution demonstrations who loves engaging with clients and showcasing software capabilities to astute healthcare prospective clients. This is a Denver-based position. 

 

As a Solutions Consultant for the InPlace Network, you’ll work with some of the world’s most prestigious healthcare institutions. You will be involved in pre-sales activities and limited implementation configuration/training to support revenue growth by adding smaller new programs to existing client sites. 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Sales Support:

Working in a team environment to partner with sales account executives and present our software solution to prospective and current customers. Your enthusiasm for our software and how it can solve real-world challenges in healthcare education will help drive new subscription software sales. 

 

Partner with account executives to learn more about prospective customers’ current environment, goals, and challenges and prepare personalized functional demonstrations that align with audience requirements.

 

Work with existing clients to grow usage of InPlace through learning and documenting business requirements and leading functional demonstration(s) to stakeholders.   

 

Stay current with the latest version(s) to ensure we are demonstrating the full functionality of the InPlace Network Suite.

 

Develop, maintain, and share competitive Healthcare placement software market knowledge.

 

Manage and update data in sales instances for all InPlace Network Solutions. 

 

Technical:

To ensure a complete understanding of how to map the customer business needs with the network solution capabilities.

 

To successfully transition the Client(s) from the old business practice to the new.

 

To provide customer training in the use of InPlace™ software

 

Prepare detailed client sales handover documents to ensure the technical deployment team is prepared for successful implementation and integration with Customer-facing systems/processes.

 

 

Reports to:

  • Senior Director Strategic Partners

 

Stakeholders

  • US B/A Manager
  • Channel for all tactical delivery concerns and blockages
  • Client Implementation Owner(s)
  • Ensure briefings are accurate, timely, and useful
  • Adopt a “no surprises at all times” relationship
  • Ensure collaboration remains effective and act upon escalation needs as they arise.
  • InPlace Product Manager
  • Remain aligned with Product direction initiatives
  • InPlace US Support
  • Engage and activate the US Support team during the implementation
  • Ensure adequate handover to the US Support team
  • InPlace H/O Management Team
  • Establish a cooperative relationship for product enhancements, releases, upgrades, functionality, etc.

 

 

Your Qualifications 

? SAAS Software Sales or Implementation and Training Experience (Healthcare experience preferred)

? Strong presentation skills, ability to interact with executive levels within an organization 

? Solid work ethic and ability to work and think independently 

? Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

? Well-developed interpersonal skills and professional demeanor 

? Ability to work well within team environments

? Ability to remain focused in high-pressure situations 

? Willingness to learn and grow your knowledge into all aspects of the healthcare education industry 

? Ability and willingness to travel (up to 20%)

? BA or BS Degree preferred
