Job Description
You will directly assist the Vice President of Brand Operations in managing data and processes across all
systems and business areas including Project Management, Organizational, and Financial. You are
data-driven and an excel wizard. You are naturally curious and analytic and enjoy finding solutions
via efficient data management and reporting. You are adept at originating and maintaining budgets,
schedules and tracking documents. You are highly organized and consistent but are also energized
by a challenge and a fast-paced environment. You are inspired by the magic that is Ken Fulk and
understand that the systems you help create are the inner workings of a well-crafted machine that
makes it possible.
Responsibilities
- Process and Data Management. Own and maintain processes across systems including Resource Management and project set-up and milestone tracking from initial project set-up through project closing.
- Maintain current T & M tracking in RM (Resource Management). Create reports to assist in both billing and staffing.
- Partner with AP and assist leadership in billing, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Support management of resources and staff across systems and internal docs. Maintaining up-to-date project staffing trackers and reports for analytics.
- Own and maintain operating budgets across facilities and business units.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in related role. Industry experience preferred: Interior Design, Architecture, Construction or Real Estate Development.
- Background in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
- Financial / Business Modeling a plus.
- Strong aptitude for numbers, finance basics.
- Strong knowledge of project accounting with intense data management.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
Position is full time and based in San Francisco at “The Magic Factory.” Compensation based on experience ($75,000 – $85,000).
