Senior Creative Director

What You’ll Do
- Lead the creative charge —guiding concept development, brand storytelling, and multi-platform campaigns.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of designers, writers, strategists, and producers.
- Set the creative vision for projects, ensuring every detail aligns with brand and business objectives.
- Mentor and develop junior creatives and other stakeholders, fostering growth, confidence, and next-level skills.
- Collaborate across departments , working closely with marketing, production, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.
- Stay ahead of the curve , keeping tabs on cultural shifts, emerging trends, and what’s next in the industry.
- Pitch and present groundbreaking ideas to clients, stakeholders, and leadership with confidence.
- Elevate the work —pushing for innovation, excellence, and ideas that don’t just fit in but stand out.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role (agency or brand-side).
- A killer portfolio that showcases big ideas, standout campaigns, and culturally relevant work.
- A deep understanding of brand strategy, digital storytelling, and creative execution across all platforms.
- A proven track record of leading teams, managing projects, and mentoring talent at all levels.
- A keen sense of culture, design, and innovation —you know what’s now and what’s next.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills —because great ideas don’t happen in a vacuum.
- The ability to move fast, think big, and make things happen without missing a beat.
