Senior Creative Director

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the creative charge —guiding concept development, brand storytelling, and multi-platform campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of designers, writers, strategists, and producers.
  • Set the creative vision for projects, ensuring every detail aligns with brand and business objectives.
  • Mentor and develop junior creatives and other stakeholders, fostering growth, confidence, and next-level skills.
  • Collaborate across departments , working closely with marketing, production, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Stay ahead of the curve , keeping tabs on cultural shifts, emerging trends, and what’s next in the industry.
  • Pitch and present groundbreaking ideas to clients, stakeholders, and leadership with confidence.
  • Elevate the work —pushing for innovation, excellence, and ideas that don’t just fit in but stand out.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role (agency or brand-side).
  • A killer portfolio that showcases big ideas, standout campaigns, and culturally relevant work.
  • A deep understanding of brand strategy, digital storytelling, and creative execution across all platforms.
  • A proven track record of leading teams, managing projects, and mentoring talent at all levels.
  • A keen sense of culture, design, and innovation —you know what’s now and what’s next.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills —because great ideas don’t happen in a vacuum.
  • The ability to move fast, think big, and make things happen without missing a beat.
