About The Role
As a Personal Assistant, you’ll be pivotal in enabling our management team to perform at their best. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing diaries and scheduling meetings.
- Providing light inbox management and flagging key emails.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Preparing agendas, presentations, and other documents.
- Taking minutes, tracking, and following up on actions.
- Supporting strategy days, events, and key projects.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a Personal Assistant position.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills.
- An understanding of a smaller, start up or scale up business would be ideal.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality.
