Job Posting & Job Board Management
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms
- Monitor and update job postings as needed.
Resume Screening
- Review incoming resumes and applications, sorting them based on qualifications and job requirements.
- Shortlist candidates for initial screenings.
Candidate Communication
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Send follow-up emails and manage interview confirmations.
Interview Preparation
- Help prepare interview materials and questions for hiring managers.
- Prepare candidate profiles for interview discussions.
Onboarding Assistance
- Assist with preparing onboarding documents and materials for new hires.
- Support the setup of new hire accounts and access credentials.
Data Entry & Tracking
- Track recruitment metrics, such as the number of applicants, interviews, and hires.

- Has a strong interest in Human Resource & Beauty / Wellness.
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred.
- A keen learner who is creative & detail-oriented, resourceful & driven.
- Able to work with a team/independently where needed.
- Willing to listen, include, and respect the beliefs of teammates.
