Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Clinical Oncology Specialist to cultivate, maintain, and support existing customer accounts.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within oncology practices to drive product adoption and account growth.
- Monitor and analyze patient testing data to ensure adherence to prescribed protocols by oncologists.
- Assess the needs of healthcare professionals, emphasizing customer support and effective logistics coordination.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of all oncology products and processes to serve as a knowledgeable resource.
- Educate healthcare providers on available tools and resources for managing test orders effectively.
- Maintain internal reports detailing key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on patient retention and order fulfillment.
- Engage proactively with various internal teams, including sales, patient coordination, and territory management.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in medical assisting, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing roles.
- A minimum of 2 years in sales or similar positions.
- Ability to excel in environments characterized by ambiguity and change.
- Possess exceptional intelligence, adaptability, self-driven motivation, and a results-focused mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
- Capacity to think strategically while executing with precision.
- Demonstrated urgency and eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail, with a solid understanding of data management tools.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or an Associate’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- At least 2 years of sales experience.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive salary range: \(80,000 – \)100,000 per year (base salary) plus uncapped commission and car allowance.
