Join our dedicated team as an Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) and make a significant impact in the lives of cancer patients. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to engage in account management, sales, and support activities for innovative oncology solutions. You will ensure that patients adhere to necessary testing protocols, ultimately enhancing treatment outcomes. The ideal candidate will be based near Eugene, Oregon, as the territory encompasses much of Oregon and Idaho.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Clinical Oncology Specialist to cultivate, maintain, and support existing customer accounts.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within oncology practices to drive product adoption and account growth.
  • Monitor and analyze patient testing data to ensure adherence to prescribed protocols by oncologists.
  • Assess the needs of healthcare professionals, emphasizing customer support and effective logistics coordination.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of all oncology products and processes to serve as a knowledgeable resource.
  • Educate healthcare providers on available tools and resources for managing test orders effectively.
  • Maintain internal reports detailing key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on patient retention and order fulfillment.
  • Engage proactively with various internal teams, including sales, patient coordination, and territory management.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in medical assisting, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing roles.
  • A minimum of 2 years in sales or similar positions.
  • Ability to excel in environments characterized by ambiguity and change.
  • Possess exceptional intelligence, adaptability, self-driven motivation, and a results-focused mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
  • Capacity to think strategically while executing with precision.
  • Demonstrated urgency and eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail, with a solid understanding of data management tools.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or an Associate’s degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: \(80,000 – \)100,000 per year (base salary) plus uncapped commission and car allowance.
