How you will create an impact?

  • The day to day responsibilities for this role is to process any incoming documents that come through a shared inbox.
  • The successful candidate would be working within a team to process inbound documents by uploading sensitive information to patient files and forwarding to the appropriate department.
  • Able to handle competing priorities and stay organized while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Take incoming calls in a call-center environment, as well as completing outbound calls to patients for intake.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience is a must.
  • Additional duties may involve data management, billing and invoices, and stretch assignments that are assigned from time to time.
  • Working within a team to process all incoming faxes and emails.
  • Creating patient files, answering patient inquiries.
  • Supporting day-to-day operations with PSPs, Pharmacies and Nurses.

About Your Skills & Qualifications

  • Min 2 years experience working in customer service setting
  • Good communicator both verbally and electronically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience in data entry
  • Experience working in a remote setting
  • Strong Organization skills
  • Resourceful & good problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience working in healthcare preferred
