Part of the NUSMed Cardiovascular-Metabolic Disease Translational Research Program

• Human research and subject protection certification (CITI, ethics);
• Human biomedical research (HBR) training and certification;
• study administration (ethics platform management, ECOS, NUS IRB);
• basic Microsoft office documents editing (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook);
• basic biostatistics (JMP software or equivalent);
• questionnaire-based research;
• Qualtrics or survey-platform deployment;
• RedCaps or research database management;
• friendly, outgoing, motivated and self-initiated character.

Scope Of Research Work

• “Questionnaire-based surveys on knowledge, attitudes, and practice in the diagnosis and management of hypertension among doctors, patients, caregivers, and allied health professionals.”
• Support grant proposals in new areas of research

Qualifications

• Basic degree in biomedical sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or similar.
• Other certifications in human research training are advantageous.
• Fresh graduates may be considered, and intensive training provided.
