Role Summary
As an SDR at Sully.ai, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving pipeline growth by prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking high-value meetings with healthcare decision-makers. You’ll own outbound engagement across multiple channels while providing valuable market insights to refine our sales strategies.
What You’ll Do
? Prospect & Qualify – Identify, research, and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
? Drive Outreach – Initiate conversations, uncover customer needs, and introduce Sully.ai’s solutions.
? Book Meetings – Set up discovery calls and demos with qualified leads for the sales team.
? Manage the CRM – Keep records up to date in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools to ensure a seamless sales process.
? Partner with AEs – Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on pipeline goals.
? Gather Market Intelligence – Provide feedback from prospects to improve messaging, refine our offerings, and optimize sales strategies.
? Exceed Goals – Consistently hit and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets, including calls, emails, and meetings booked.
What We’re Looking For
? 5+ years of SDR or outbound sales experience – Ideally in SaaS, technology, or B2B industries.
? Outstanding Communication – Strong verbal and written English skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
? Resilient & Results-Driven – You handle rejection like a pro and stay laser-focused on goals.
? Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM and sales enablement tools to streamline workflows.
? Highly Organized – Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
? Team-Oriented – A collaborative mindset with a passion for supporting team success.
