Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual psychological assessments and evaluations using evidence-based practices to foster student success.
• Create and implement customized Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals to meet the diverse needs of each student.
• Provide both individual and group counseling aimed at enhancing students’ emotional well-being and academic achievement.
• Collaborate with school personnel, including teachers and administrators, to identify strategies for improving student performance and addressing behavioral issues.
• Offer guidance on crisis intervention and provide consultation services tailored to support students’ mental health needs.
• Remain updated on current educational and psychological best practices, ensuring adherence to local regulations and school district policies.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a school environment, including conducting assessments and developing IEPs.
