The Partnerships group at monday.com is actively seeking a drivenEnablement Managerfor a global impact role, specifically to conduct hands-on training for partners in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate should have a proven business track record in sales roles.
About The Role
- Designing team and individual training programs
- Coordinate, initiate and run end-to-end programmatic sessions for new partners
- Independent learning of new topics
- Run skills gaps analysis to identify areas of improvement in partners processes and mitigate future risks.
- Gathering feedback to improve processes and deliverables
This role requires collaboration with multiple internal teams such as Enablement, Business Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and the Partnerships Group
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales roles – a must
- 1 year of experience in training, onboarding, or partnerships (preferably in a B2B SaaS environment) – a must
- Highly collaborative and self-motivated, with a proven ability to meet and exceed deadlines and goals
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and build relationships both within the immediate team and across departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly independent and able to work autonomously
- Experience with monday.com is a plus
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
