Role Overview

  • As the Head – Buyer Facilitation Team, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing the buyer experience on Tradologie.com.
  • You will drive the end-to-end buyer journey, ensuring seamless transactions, resolving queries, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • The role demands a deep understanding of B2B procurement, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive efficiency in buyer facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

Buyer Onboarding & Engagement:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for bulk buyers, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience.
  • Develop engagement strategies to improve buyer retention and platform utilization.

Transaction Management & Support

  • Ensure seamless execution of buyer transactions, from order placement to fulfillment.
  • Address and resolve buyer concerns related to pricing, quality, delivery, and platform navigation.

Process Optimization & Automation

  • Identify gaps in the buyer journey and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Leverage data analytics to streamline operations and improve buyer experience.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, technology, and supplier relations) to enhance buyer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with key buyers and ensure personalized support for high-value clients.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and mentor the buyer facilitation team to deliver high-quality support and service.
  • Set performance benchmarks, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in team performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B procurement, supply chain, or e-commerce.
  • Prior experience in an online B2B marketplace, procurement platform, or trading company is preferred.
