Position Overview;

As an Investor Relations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with our investors, ensuring effective communication of our firm’s strategy, performance, and value proposition. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the firm’s growth by enhancing investor engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Investor Communication: Prepare and deliver periodic updates, reports, and presentations to investors, including fund performance, market insights, and portfolio updates.
  • Fundraising Support: Collaborate with senior leadership in fundraising initiatives, including creating marketing materials, data rooms, and pitch decks.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors, addressing inquiries and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Due Diligence: Support investor due diligence processes by coordinating the collection and presentation of data, financial metrics, and other relevant information.
  • Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to the investor community.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute investor meetings, conferences, and other engagement activities to strengthen relationships and showcase the firm’s capabilities.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all communications and disclosures adhere to regulatory requirements and internal Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or certifications (e.g., CFA, CA) are a plus.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in financial services, venture capital, private equity, or related fields.

Skills;

  • Strong understanding of financial markets and venture debt/private credit.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools; familiarity with financial modelling is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse investor base.
