Logistics Coordinator

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of vehicles from vendors to our dealerships. Your work will directly impact our operations by keeping our inventory moving efficiently and accurately.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule and coordinate vehicle transport to the correct dealership
• Track deliveries and resolve issues with vendors or dealership managers
• Maintain and update vendor records, including W9 documentation
• Process departmental invoices for approval
• Monitor vendor performance with scorecards to track pricing trends, delivery times, and product availability
• Support company policies, mission, and values in daily work

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience with logistics, transportation, or dealership operations (preferred)
• Commitment to integrity, accuracy, and excellent customer service
