Overview:
Marksman Security Corporation is hiring immediately for a Security Command Center Operator!
This position oversees the daily security operations of a 24/7 central monitoring Command Center. This position will be responsible for monitoring, directing, and responding to security and safety issues while ensuring the appropriate response is deployed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Monitor emails and phone correspondence to requests and inquiries appropriately
- Provide interactive monitoring and incident response to protect client locations from intrusion, theft and other unauthorized or criminal activities
- Proactively preventing and re-actively intervening in real-time situations
- Make periodic virtual patrols of the facility to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, and unauthorized persons
- Report security violations and provide guidance to support staff to properly resolve issues
- Utilize internal communications systems including radio, telephone, and computer-based software with a high level of professionalism
- Dispatch security personnel and law enforcement as needed
- Provide security support for various client projects and events
- Accurately d
ocument events and create incident reports for management and clients
Qualifications:
- At least 21 years of age or older
- Two or Four-year degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Experience in Security, Law Enforcement, Military, Loss Prevention, and/or Exceptional Customer Service experience
- Strong computer and/or technology skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communicator – written and spoken communciation skills
- Ability to multitask and deal with competing priorities
- Professional demeanor and problem solving skills
- Experience executing radio and telephone communications
- Proven experience working as a dispatcher, call center representative and/or security command center operator
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Be available to work on weekends
- Dependability is a must
