The Hygiene Manager is responsible for the complete Sanitation and Hygiene Standard for all food & beverage hotel operation. Ensure all food served to guest and employees are free of microbiological, chemical and physical contamination and all work area conform to minimum requirements set by local health authorities.The Hygiene Manager is responsible for the complete Sanitation and Hygiene Standard for all food & beverage hotel operation. Qualifications
- Previous 5-star hotel experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership qualities and management skills
- Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure
- Diploma/Bachelors of Food Science, Microbiology, Food Technology or related studies
- 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar capacity in the Hospitality Industry
- HACCP & Food Safety certifications preferred
- Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faceted projects
