Analytics & Data Scientist

As part of our IT Infrastructure team, the incumbent will support & contribute to the IT enterprise architecture, capacity planning, design, evaluation, and deployment of IT systems, covering network equipment, IT services, applications, productivity and collaboration technologies.

The Opportunity

Analytics & BI

• Work closely with business, digital and technology teams to recommend, develop, implement Data Analytics and BI solutions that yield actionable insights to achieve business objectives
• Develop and deploy dashboards in alignment with agreed designs
• Develop and optimize descriptive or/and prescriptive analytics solutions to address business requirements.
• Evaluate data sources and existing ETL workflows, design BI data model, develop and maintain the infrastructure for BI reporting, analysis and data modeling
• Design data pipelines to support different reporting purposes from multiple data sources, including files, data warehouse, APIs, and multi-source databases
• Conduct training for internal users, ensuring effective transition and adoption of the BI tools
• Design and oversee the documentation of developed solutions, models

Data Science & AI

• Understand the business requirements and design the solution to address business objectives using Data Science and AI
• Use and create data science models and develop predictive models to generate insights from complex structured and unstructured data sets
• Develop and implement machine learning, deep learning models and GenAI solutions to automate and transform business processes
• Work closely with digital and technology teams to implement solutions, resolve production issues and optimization on deployed analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, presenting findings and providing strategic recommendations.
• Stay current with technical and industry developments and standards to ensure effective and advanced applications of data analysis techniques and methodologies
• Design and oversee the documentation of developed solutions, models
