Job Summary:

We are hiring a Remote Customer Support Representative to assist guests and travelers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support over phone, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings, policies, and services.
  • Troubleshoot customer complaints and escalate as needed.
  • Assist with refunds, loyalty programs, and special requests.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure.
  • Knowledge of hospitality booking systems is an advantage.
  • Availability for flexible work schedules, including weekends.
