Job Summary:
We are hiring a Remote Customer Support Representative to assist guests and travelers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support over phone, chat, and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings, policies, and services.
- Troubleshoot customer complaints and escalate as needed.
- Assist with refunds, loyalty programs, and special requests.
- Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure.
- Knowledge of hospitality booking systems is an advantage.
- Availability for flexible work schedules, including weekends.
