Medical Records Clerk Tier II (Temporary Employment- 16 weeks)

Job Description

  • JOB SUMMARY
    • Performs various clerical duties within the Medical Records Department, with primary assignment as File Clerk. Retrieves, distributes, prepares and files all necessary documentation for patients who have been treated at Trinity Health System, while maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
    • Education
      • High school education. Course in Medical Terminology preferred.
    • Training and Experience
      • Previous related experience preferred. Employee may be given some on-the-job training.
    • Health and Background Requirements
      • Employment contingent upon successful completion of:

      • Must be physically able to perform all job duties as assigned.
