Job Summary
- SUPERVISE and ensure the call centre services are up to standard
- Handle guests’ inquirires in a professional and timely manner to exceed their expectations
- Answer all guest calls to process their requests (e.g. wake up calls, screening calls), provide assistance (e.g. internet access issues) and address their concerns
- Engage guests by delivering service excellence throughout each guest experience
- Log all guest requests or issues into computer accurately, contact appropriate individual or department (e.g. F&B, Housekeeping), and follow up with guest to ensure their request has been met to their satisfaction
Job Requirement
- Degree/ Higher Diploma in Hospitality or related discipline
- 4 years relevant experience in Front Desk operations
- Flexible and outgoing
- Passionate and service-oriented
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and hotel systems
