Senior Designer

We’re seeking a Senior Designer to lead transformative workspace projects. This role requires a combination of creative vision, technical expertise, and confident leadership in a competitive design & build industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Winning Work: Strategising and collaborating with teams to secure profitable projects.
• Design Leadership: Developing innovative concepts, leading projects from start to finish, and presenting ideas to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Collaboration: Working closely with Creative Directors, Technical Designers, Project Managers, Visualisers, and FF&E teams to deliver projects aligned with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Client Engagement: Acting as the primary contact, building sustainable relationships for future business opportunities.
• Mentorship: Supporting junior designers, fostering a creative and positive work environment, and sharing expertise in technical skills and delivery processes.
• Execution: Overseeing detailed design packages, space planning, material selection, and ensuring projects comply with building regulations and safety standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Substantial experience as a Senior Designer in workspace, commercial, or D&B design.
• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong conceptual and technical design skills, with experience preparing detailed drawings and schedules.
• Exceptional confidence in client-facing roles, presenting ideas and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of current FFE trends, building codes, and workspace design innovations.
• Outstanding leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities to deliver high-priority projects.
