Chief Accounting Officer

Job Description:

Imploy, a trusted recruitment partner, is hiring a Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) on behalf of a leading financial services company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced financial leader who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s accounting functions, ensuring compliance, strategic financial planning, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and support executive decision-making.
• Monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team to foster professional growth and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in financial services or similar industries.
