Position Overview
We are seeking an Enterprise level Translation Sales Executive to join Propio, one of the top 10 largest translation companies and currently the fastest-growing player in the language services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth with a focus on presenting our AI based solutions. A successful candidate must be confident in developing and communicating custom translation solutions tailored to meet large enterprise needs. Key Responsibilities
- Developing and negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts with the ability to source and close new logos
- Presenting Propio’s offerings to business executives and providing insight to their team about how our competitive advantages are a value-add to their end-user experience
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients by providing top-tier service supported by industry specific knowledge and expertise
- Pipeline generation that is created from inbound inquiries generated from marketing channels and lead outreach from internal enterprise software
- Actively conduct pre-call research and planning for prospective clients
- Update and maintain data integrity within CRM (Salesforce) to ensure client/prospect projections are forecasted accurately
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal peers, managers, and leadership to identify best practices to achieve established metrics
- Ability to achieve established metrics, goals, and quotas
- Learn, understand, and use business intelligence information of economic buyer profiles for targeted industries
- Develop an understanding of common target buyer needs, pain points with current vendors, and decisions driving buying decision
- Responsible for learning the full suite of services offered by the Company to provide knowledgeable information to prospective clients
- Success in selling will quickly lead to team leadership if desired

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of full cycle sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, driving revenue growth and expanding market share
- Industry specific experience in complex regulatory environments such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, Finance, and Legal preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both individually and as part of a team
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a focus on delivering custom solutions
- Strong project management skills, adept at partnering with internal teams to drive seamless execution and successful delivery of large projects
- Experience utilizing Salesforce and ZoomInfo preferred
- Experience with SaaS
- Experience using marketing automation software
- Willingness to travel as needed
