We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive financial strategy across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in financial planning and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for regional operations.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
• Lead financial reporting, audits, and risk management initiatives.
• Optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or professional certifications such as CPA, CMA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a holding company or a multi-entity organization.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards (IFRS).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
