Examination Invigilator Panel Waterford Campus

South East Technological University are currently accepting applications and following the recruitment process a panel of examination invigilators will be formed for the SETU Waterford Campus.

This panel may be called on for examination sessions in Semester 1 & 2 (December/January and May), as required. Ordinarily, the panel will operate for a period of 2 years.

On behalf of the University, Examination Invigilators are responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient running of examinations. The role of Invigilator would suit someone who has the confidence to enforce the University regulations and to deal effectively and promptly with any problems that present themselves during the examination. The Invigilator must ensure that all policies and procedures pertaining to examinations are rigorously adhered to.

• Step 1: Applicants are required to complete the Personal Details section on the online system by clicking ‘Apply for Job’ on the Examination Invigilators vacancy page.
• Step 2: Download the application form available within the vacancy advert. Please complete this form and return via email to: before the closing date of Friday 07th March 2025 at 4pm.
• Application forms sent to any other email address will not be considered.
• Both steps above need to be performed prior to the closing date and time of the advert in order to submit a valid application.

Late applications will not be considered.

Candidates should keep a hard copy of the advert for their file as this will be needed for review should their application progress.
