Job Description

Raise Robotics creates robots to build the world’s physical infrastructure. We work with the largest contractors in the US and are supported by world-class deep tech and construction tech investors.

For this role, we are seeking an Operations Assistant who will support day-to-day operations of the company as well as deployments of our machines. This person will be an integral part of the company and will be essential in scaling the business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in project management, work scheduling, and organizing deliveries for areas such as logistics, event planning, manufacturing, etc.
  • Experience using spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with word processing software.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good arithmetic skills.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

What You’ll Do

  • Work with customers on scheduling projects and fulfilling insurance requirements.
  • Place orders with suppliers for new robot builds and manage deliveries.
  • Keep inventory of parts in the warehouse.
  • Work with accounting on bookkeeping.
  • Manage office environment by overseeing janitorial and trash services and organizing furniture.
  • Work in the office 9am-530pm every day.
