Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our collaborative marketing team and help drive the success of Kerioth Corporation and our affiliated real estate developments, hotels, and restaurants. A primary focus of this role will be supporting marketing efforts for The Township at Colony Park, one of Mississippi’s premier mixed-use developments.
This position will work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop creative campaigns that strengthen brand presence and support business objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional with experience in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, and event promotion.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Digital Marketing
- Develop and maintain social media calendar that aligns with the goals of various accounts within Kerioth’s portfolio.
- Draft and publish engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Create compelling email marketing campaigns to promote properties, events, and special promotions.
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring information remains current and engaging.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing reports on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including flyers, rack cards, and other print or digital assets.
- Support the commercial real estate brokerage by creating flyers, graphics, e-blasts, sales collateral, layouts, maps, and other marketing materials.
Event Marketing & Community Engagement
- Assist in planning, organizing, and promoting events across Kerioth properties and restaurants, such as grand openings, seasonal events, festivals, and tenant-driven initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, working closely with them to showcase their offerings through social media features, promotional campaigns, and event collaborations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, graphic design, or event planning.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Understanding of social media management tools, analytics, and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
