We’re seeking a proactive and organized individual to support our marketing and administrative efforts. This is an in-office position, offering a permanent contract and a friendly work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contact clients to follow up on their process.
  • Create informative graphic pieces.
  • Review contracts and documentation.
  • Enter information into databases.

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative roles.
  • Basic graphic design skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in database entry

Conditions

  • On-site in Medellín.
  • Indefinitive Contract.
  • Monday- Friday 8am to 6pm.
