Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Maintain HR records and generate reports as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
