Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Create Purchase Orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain impeccable financial documentation for multiple companies.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations and assist with audits as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in payroll (Paychex) processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Maintain and organize financial documents, records, and reports.
  • Provide financial analysis and support as required.

You Bring

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Required: 6+ years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
