Khafy is a mobile application specializing in Customer Experience mainly Mystery Shopping and Inspection
We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The right person should have experience handling clients for online products or applications, know how to upsell, and manage back-office tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to customers, ensuring a smooth experience with our application
- Help customers by answering their questions and solving their problems
- Upsell products or services by understanding customer needs
- Manage back-office work like updating records and handling customer requests
- Work with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collect and share feedback to improve our service
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably for online products or applications
- Must be an Arabic speaker with also good proficiency in English
- Good communication and people skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks
- Experience using CRM tools and basic office software
