Khafy is a mobile application specializing in Customer Experience mainly Mystery Shopping and Inspection

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The right person should have experience handling clients for online products or applications, know how to upsell, and manage back-office tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to customers, ensuring a smooth experience with our application
  • Help customers by answering their questions and solving their problems
  • Upsell products or services by understanding customer needs
  • Manage back-office work like updating records and handling customer requests
  • Work with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collect and share feedback to improve our service

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably for online products or applications
  • Must be an Arabic speaker with also good proficiency in English
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks
  • Experience using CRM tools and basic office software
