Job Summary

Piping Technology & Products, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Recruiter to handle all attracting, sourcing, and hiring of all internal corporate employees. This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position located at 3701 Holmes Road, Houston, TX 77051. Candidates should ensure that they are within a commutable distance to our facility before applying. This role will be responsible for working with management to write job descriptions, posting open positions on sites that will attract the most qualified candidates, pre-screening candidates, and setting up interviews with hiring managers. This position will support the company’s goals for growth and sustainability. This role may be assigned supervisory duties as deemed necessary by the Director of HR. This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years of corporate recruiting experience. The Recruiter must be comfortable interacting with all levels of management and senior management. This role requires a professional level of both written and verbal communication. Bachelor’s Degree in HR and certifications preferred. The right candidate will excel in a results-driven, fast paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• HR Certifications preferred.
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in corporate recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite
• Proficiency with recruiting software and HRIS systems preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
