What You’ll Do
- Assist guest in check-in/out procedures, concierge, and other front desk duties
- Coordinate guest service-related issues such as maintenance, reservations and housekeeping
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, complaints and emergency issues in a professional manner
What We’re Looking For
- Higher diploma/ Professional Certificate or above, preferably in Hospitality and Tourism Studies or other related discipline
- 1 year working experience in guest service/ concierge/ hospitality sectors
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese. Other language is a plus
- Passionate about customer service and engagement
