We are looking for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our EMEA business. This position will provide support directly to the Managing Director, Leadership and EMEA team in a variety of capacities including office management and administrative tasks. You are someone with good organizational skills that allow you to stay on top of multiple items at the same time and can switch directions. You are the consummate team player. There is no task or project too big or too small for you – you attack them all with passion, creativity, a positive outlook, and attention to detail. You are someone who is always willing to be involved, and to support the team and the environment to achieve the higher goal.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Country Manager and Leadership team in administrative support
  • Arranging international and domestic travel/accommodations for all office employees
  • Setting up appointments, conferences and managing meeting rooms
  • Directing the coordination of office engagement and business events
  • Coordinate office space assignment for new team members. Manager administrative tasks associated with office events.
  • Support company operations by maintaining office systems and services
  • Manage office practices and procedures.
  • Manage day to day operations and stakeholders of the office environment
  • Coordinate office post, deliveries and send outs
  • Oversee office budgets, spending, and invoicing
  • Order office supplies, to maintain the office
  • Ensure office is operating and functional daily Qualifications and Attributes:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to prioritize and develop processes to do work efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent time and calendar management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills including in Microsoft Office
  • Be a steward of and maintain the YETI Brand
  • Must be a team player, able to work within tight deadlines on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Optimistic, energetic, and collaborative

Supporting our EMEA offices: Amsterdam and Bristol offices (some travel required. Approximately 10%)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Certificate required
  • At least +3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to prioritize and develop processes to do work efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent time and calendar management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills including in Microsoft Office
  • Be a steward of and maintain the YETI Brand
  • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
  • High level of integrity, agility and confidentiality
  • Must be a team player, able to work within tight deadlines on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Optimistic, energetic, and collaborative
  • Must be able to work a hybrid work schedule, 3 days in office & 2 days from home.
