Responsibilities
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
As a Product Analyst, major part of your responsibility would be to,
- Collaborate with Finastra Business Units products managers representatives in order to gather business requirements to be implemented via FFDC.
- Prepare a solution document based on a received requirement and get it approved by relevant stakeholders.
- Write high-quality epics and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
- Remain involved with projects through the development and QA life cycle to ensure that the actual implementation meets the proposed requirements/solution
- Support customers and Finastra Global Services team during UAT and production implementation phases
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation of business processes, requirements, issues.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions using agile methodologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst with knowledge into banking domain
- Proven experience in business and system analysis
- Experience in requirement analysis and solution design
- Strong communication skills – verbal & written
- Excellent English – mandatory
- Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Experience working independently with minimal guidance. as well as within a team
- Experience working with developers and discussing possible design options
- Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills
- Experience in agile development
Optional Skills:
- Understanding of OpenAPI standard and API use cases
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services
- Understanding of PowerBI datasets and dashboards
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint
