Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

As a Product Analyst, major part of your responsibility would be to,

  • Collaborate with Finastra Business Units products managers representatives in order to gather business requirements to be implemented via FFDC.
  • Prepare a solution document based on a received requirement and get it approved by relevant stakeholders.
  • Write high-quality epics and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Remain involved with projects through the development and QA life cycle to ensure that the actual implementation meets the proposed requirements/solution
  • Support customers and Finastra Global Services team during UAT and production implementation phases
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation of business processes, requirements, issues.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions using agile methodologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst with knowledge into banking domain
  • Proven experience in business and system analysis
  • Experience in requirement analysis and solution design
  • Strong communication skills – verbal & written
  • Excellent English – mandatory
  • Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Experience working independently with minimal guidance. as well as within a team
  • Experience working with developers and discussing possible design options
  • Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills
  • Experience in agile development

Optional Skills:

  • Understanding of OpenAPI standard and API use cases
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services
  • Understanding of PowerBI datasets and dashboards
  • Understanding of microservices architecture
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint
