Role Description
This is a full-time, work from home, role for a Scheduler at Peak Signing LLC. The Scheduler will be responsible for managing and coordinating appointments, communicating with clients and vendors, maintaining scheduling systems, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Qualifications
- Must live in Utah
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a computer and home workspace
