Truelancer.com is an online freelance marketplace/website. We have freelancers and clients registered on the platform from all over the world. We have more than 2 million users on our website. We act as an intermediary between the clients and freelancers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Client Delivery Manager to gather new requirements and update the status of existing requirements
  • Analyze client requirements and create effective job postings on the in-house ATS
  • Customize candidate resumes by highlighting relevant key skills to align with client expectations
  • Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups
  • Send timely reminders to candidates to ensure they join interviews on time
  • Understand and note the interview questions and patterns from the candidates immediately after the interviews and share them with the team
  • Regularly follow up with hiring managers to gather interview feedback and facilitate the next steps
  • Oversee the BGV (Background Verification) process and coordinate all aspects of candidate onboarding.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process ensures a positive experience and timely feedback
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports using Excel and other tools as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, email writing, ChatGPT, and related tools
  • A completed graduation degree with a strong academic record (70%+ preferred across all).
  • Willingness to commute daily to the office in Ghitorni, Delhi.
