Job Description
This role will collaborate closely across departments to set and achieve all sales and revenue goals. This position will be responsible for planning and executing sales campaigns to hit targets and report analysis to senior management. This role is responsible for collaborating with multiple departments to set plans in place that achieve established ticketing revenue and partnership goals.
Essential Functions, Duties And Responsibilities
Ticket Sales Management:
- Establish ticket sales performance objectives and revenue targets. Develop an effective tracking program to ensure team members are successfully meeting their annual goals. Set and review performance objectives and revenue targets.
- Plan, coordinate and execute ticket sales campaigns including annual Season launch, Holiday Packs, and more through sales/prospecting events.
- Drive revenue by implementing comprehensive ticket sales plans, identifying target markets, increase match attendance, develop sales events, create renewal programs, and group sales.
Partnership Development
- Identifying potential corporate partners aligned with the event’s brand and target audience.
- Negotiating sponsorship packages that include advertising, branding, hospitality, and other promotional opportunities.
- Cultivating strong relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term engagement and renewal.
- Developing creative partnership activation plans to maximize the value of sponsorships.
Team Leadership
- Recruiting, hiring, and training a high-performing ticket sales and partnership team.
- Providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to the sales team to improve their performance.
- Setting clear sales goals and performance metrics for the team.
Reporting And Analysis
- Regularly monitoring sales performance and providing detailed reports to senior management.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments to sales strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in ticket sales and sponsorship, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of success in ticket sales and partnership development, ideally within the sports, entertainment, or event industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively pitch sponsorship packages to potential clients.
- Strong relationship building and networking abilities to cultivate partnerships.
- Data analysis skills to interpret sales trends and make informed decisions
- Experience managing and motivating a sales team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
- Highly organized, resourceful, detailed-oriented, quick learner and time management skills
- Quality presentation skills – ability to create, analyze, interpret, and present reports and correspondence
- Background in Sports/Entertainment/Hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Compensation
- Based upon qualifications and experience with an anticipated range of $70,000 – $90,000 Annually
