Executive Admin / Office Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Proven experience of a min of 5+ yrs as an Executive Assistant to C-Level suite with Global experience.
• Working experience in global companies, handling senior leadership in a global company set up.
• Excellent calendar management skills across time zones.
• Manage both domestic and international travel arrangements for the Leadership Team (including but not limited to visa arrangements, ticket bookings, cab arrangements, hotel bookings etc.)
• Ability to adapt quickly and be flexible in a dynamic workplace.
• Ability to effectively deal with a broad range of contacts and personalities – internal and external.
• High level of integrity required for handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Exceptional organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal guidance and extremely thorough with a high level of attention to detail and quality; timely follow up.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Manage office Administrative Support:
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate office activities, meetings, and events.

Operations Management:
• Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and functional.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
• Monitor office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
