Achievement of Sales, Collection, Consumption, and Field Work targets as per assigned territory plans, leading to product consumption.
Effective Channel Management for Business Growth by increasing dealer Loyalty (Satisfaction and Share of Wallet). To Win with Customers (Farmer + Dealers).
YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grower Management:
- Conduct Field Advisory Service with target farmers (min. 5/day)
- Conduct Farmer Meetings with target farmers (min. 16 /month)
- Effective utilization of Field Promoters
Channel Engagement:
- Prepare Sales and Product Consumption Plan and ensure execution to achieve monthly sales targets
- Carry out Channel Activities for smooth and timely channel operations
– Agreements and CPBP
-Sales and Collection
-Stock Management / availability | Channel Inventory Management
-Branding / Shelf space / Bayer Visibility
Other Tasks:
- Complaint Handling
- Provide Market & Competitive intelligence
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education: B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture, equivalent or higher
- Experience: Fresh graduates/ preferably 1 year experience in Sales
- Technical Skills:
-Strong Dealer & Farmer Management Skill
-Strong Agronomic information
-Strong Pest Information
-Strong Product Knowledge
- Communication Skills:
-Effective Interpersonal Skills
-Effective Negotiation Skills
