We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team at SO/ Uptown Dubai. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content across all marketing channels
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, agencies, and influencers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into marketing strategies
  • Present marketing performance reports and recommendations to senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and content management systems
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics tools (GA4 certification is a plus)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and Microsoft 365
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on copywriting and brand storytelling
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation
  • Familiarity with PR, influencer partnerships, and media outreach
  • Graphic design, photography, and video editing skills are highly desirable
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities with a customer-focused mindset
