Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team at SO/ Uptown Dubai. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics
- Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
- Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content across all marketing channels
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, agencies, and influencers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into marketing strategies
- Present marketing performance reports and recommendations to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and content management systems
- Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics tools (GA4 certification is a plus)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and Microsoft 365
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on copywriting and brand storytelling
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Familiarity with PR, influencer partnerships, and media outreach
- Graphic design, photography, and video editing skills are highly desirable
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities with a customer-focused mindset
